The Boneheads are in the North Pole at Santa's Workshop, frantically trying to halt the latest devious scheme of their arch nemesis, JP Rothbone and his Sniveling Cronies. JP's new sinister machine, the Heat Miser, is heating up the Arctic, causing the polar ice caps to melt. The melted ice is turning to water, and flooding the tundra where Santa's elves are hard at work making this year's Christmas presents. JP wants to destroy the toy-making workshop, so Santa Claus won't be able to deliver all his presents on Christmas Eve. Parents across the globe will have to buy their Christmas presents - from JP Rothbone, of course. Unfortunately, the Boneheads fail in their attempt to stop JP, and the Heat Miser begins melting all the ice. With the waters rising, the Boneheads retreat to Santa's workshop to evacuate all the elves to safety. Bonehead, feeling guilty for letting everyone down, decides to quit HOPE Headquarters, and wishes he had never been born.
