In “FOOD UNCHAINED” global Master Chef Bobby China shows you how to cook food that’s not only delicious but good for the planet:
dishes that are healthy, sustainable and not cruel to animals. In this show, Bobby prepares a dairy-free risotto made with seaweed kelp stock
and mushrooms.
Bobby believes that good food can be considered medicine and he has a responsibility to present that information. Bad food choices are killing us now.
Seven of the ten leading causes of death are diet related. In this special, Bobby is sharing what he’s learned globally about healthy, humane ways to prepare
and serve food.
Bobby also addresses climate change and that it is inexorably tied to our industrial agricultural system and the
ways in which our food system needs to be fixed, including reducing water usage to create beef, and healthier ways to run our food producing system
that is better for people and animals. Bobby believes changing our diet is a good way to begin the process of re-building the way we produce food.
