Flying Barn Doors examines our changing relationship with nature and wildlife through the story of the White Tailed Eagle in Scotland.
Once revered among ancient cultures, the rise of agriculture and industry led to their complete eradication from Britain. With the eagles now thriving on the Isle of Mull, following their reintroduction in the 1970s, they have again come into conflict with man.
Once sacred creatures, the White Tailed Eagle was eradicated from Britain with the rise of agriculture and industry.Now once again thriving on the west coast of Scotland, following their reintroduction in the 1970s, tensions of the past have risen between these large predators and those who work the land. Can we learn to live alongside all wildlife for a more sustainable future?
