The Thin Green Line Rangers
Making a Difference

2m 58s
Rangers are the most effective and irreplaceable frontline resource in nature conservation yet they are generally underpaid, poorly equipped and insufficiently trained. Not only does this inhibit their ability to protect wildlife effectively, it also puts the rangers themselves in danger.
Over 1000 rangers have died in the field over the past 10 years; a large percentage killed by commercial poachers and armed militia groups.
Ecoflix NGO partner The Thin Green Line strive to provide these men and women with the support these rangers deserve and need to continue protecting biodiversity around the world. https://thingreenline.org.uk
